Pipe cutter for pipes of up to 40 mm

(VTm.395.0) This is a cutter with lever mechanism. This cutter is meant for right angle cutting of metal-plastic (metal-polymer) pipes of diameters up to 40 mm. The cutter structure includes cutting blades of stainless-steel, ratchet wheel, spring-loaded catch, which keeps the cutter closed. There is a spring inside the lever, which helps open the cutter.
