Replaceable sealing gland for thermostatic valves

(VT.AVT.0) The sealing gland is designed for sealing of the rod, transmitting longitudinal force from the pusher of a thermal head or of an electrothermal servo drive to the slide-valve rod of the thermostatic valve.

The gland has an undismountable structure and is nonrepairable.

We’d like to draw the attention of buyers to the fact that this gland is supplied in two versions: VT.AVT.0.0 and VT.AVT.0.1 which are not interchangeable and are designed for valves of various years of manufacture (please check when replacing!).

VT.AVT.0.0 replacement sealing gland is compatible with the following valve models: VT.031.NR, VT.031.NER, VT.032.NR, VT.032.NER, VT.033.N (until year of manufacture 2021), VT.034.N (until year of manufacture 2021), VT.045.N, VT.045.NER, VT.046.N, VT.046.NER, VT.047.N, VT.048.N, VT.180.NER, as well as with the valves in assembly with VTc.588.EMNX and VTc.589.EMNX collector blocks, VT.348.N direct-acting regulator and VT.VALMIX pumping and mixing unit.

VT.AVT.0.1 replacement sealing gland is designed only for VT.033.N and VT.034.N valves manufactured after the beginning of year 2021.

The distinguishing features of VT.AVT.0.1 model are increased length: up to 9.5 mm (VT.AVT.0.0 - 7.8 mm), larger size of the hexagonal nut head: for 12 mm wrench (VT.AVT.0.0 - 11 mm) and absence of nickel plating. The head of VT.AVT.0.1 sealing nut does not come in contact the valve body cover.

Attention! When replacing the sealing gland, it is necessary to ensure tightening using a tool with the force not exceeding 2 N·m.
