Threaded fitting – “Euro cone” adapter

(VTr.592.NE) Currently “Euro cone” couplings are widely used in internal domestic water supply and heating pipelines. The main purpose of these fittings is to enable the connection of various fittings made of metal-plastic, polymer and thin walled copper and stainless steel pipes.

The main parts of the “Euro cone” fittings include brass coupling nuts and crimp spliced ring, as well as a brass nozzle with elastic sealing ring (for plastic and metal plastic pipes) or crimp sealing sleeve made of elastomer (for metallic pipes).

The reciprocal nozzle has male one inch thread and tapered socket, which holds the nozzle or the connecting sleeve.

The ease of use of the “Euro cone” connection is in simple dismantling of the joint, by just removing the nozzle from the socket, instead of removing the pipe from the nozzle and not taking off the sealing ring. The joint can be dismantled as many times as needed and similarly reassembled, without changing the pipe (it is not damaged). The VTr.592.NE adapter is a straight threaded fitting, which helps convert the normal one inch female thread to “Euro cone” (male thread). The use of the given adapter extends the areas of use of the given connection standard.

The item is made of nickel plated brass brand CW617N. The nipple has hexagonal head, which can be mounted using an open-end or closed spanners.
