The process of laying pipes includes a range of noncomplex procedures, which can be learnt, even not being professionally trained. The important thing is that the process of pipe laying should be carried-out using the tools recommended by the manufacturer of pipes and fittings. For example, while cutting metal-plastic pipes it is necessary to ensure a strictly perpendicular cut, without causing any deformation of the aluminium layer. This can be guaranteed only by using special pipe cutters. The deformation and even cracking of the metallic upper is caused by bending the metal-plastic pipes without the spring-loaded jig or pipe-bending machine. The resulting deformation will at least cause greater hydraulic resistance or in the worst case it will result in pipe busting during operations. The installation of crimp-fittings will also result in leakage in case of installation without pinchers with standard jaws.
