VALTEC story units in new buildings of Irkutsk

In «Symbol» residential complex in Irkutsk, collector units of individual metering of heat consumption VALTEC VT.GPR are successfully used. A distinctive feature of the system is that pressure drop in the units is supported not using differential pressure regulators, but by means of bypass valves. This solution allowed to increase reliability of the system resource, since the structure of the bypass valve is much easier than that of the regulator, is resistant to heating medium quality and works equally reliably both with «dirty» a and with clean heating medium. In addition, the cost of the bypass valve is significantly less than that of the differential pressure regulator, which, finally, allowed the developer to save several million rubles. Assembly of units was performed by VALTEC specialists, which accelerated erection of the entire facility. To date, the heating system has been working smoothly for two seasons. According to the employees of the management company, use of stainless steel collectors allowed significantly reduce the number of claims for clogging and malfunctions of thermostatic valves. At the moment, in «Symbol» district new buildings are under construction using VALTEC engineering solutions.
