PEXa-EVOH pipes at an affordable price

We are announcing another VALTEC novelty: delivery pipe made of PE-Xа cross-linked polyethylene with an EVOH barrier layer, manufactured at the company's plant in China and offered at the best affordable price.

The pipe is presented in three typical sizes (outer diameter and wall thickness): 16 х 2,2 (VA1622.3.C.200), 20 х 2,8 (VA2028.3.C.100) and 25 х 3,5 (VA2535.3.C.050) mm.

PEXa-EVOH pipes have the following advantages:
• low hydraulic resistance, nonsusceptibility to corrosion and clogging;
• chemical and electrical inertness;
• elasticity and temperature memory (shape memory);
• a layer of ethylene vinylol (EVOH), with covers the pipes from the outside, prevents diffusion of oxygen molecules through the pipe wall;
• no need for calibration and chamfering before installation;
• pipe connection with the fittings does not require additional sealing (the pipe material itself is the sealant);
• visual inspection without use of additional equipment is sufficient for control of the quality of pipe-fitting connection.

PEXa-EVOH pipes are installed using slip fittings of VTm.400.G and VTm, 400.BG series, as well as of VT.4410.NE manifold fitting.

The main sphere of application of PEXa-EVOH pipes is heating, hot, cold and potable water supply.

Pipe expected service life: 50 years.

Delivery form: sections in 50, 100 and 200 m long bundles, depending on the pipe diameter.
