New goods from the leaflet “Novelties of VALTEC 2016” have come to the market: ball valve with extension spindle VT.250.N, flow inverter for Y-filter VT.116.N.

Ball valves with extension spindle are used when control of standard fittings is hindered: in cases of confined space, in case of presence of thermal insulation on pipe circuits or its closing with a removable panel. VT.250.N valve structurally differs from model VT.217.N of VALTEC BASE series only by the fact that its control lever (the “butterfly”) is fixed not directly on the spindle but through a 56-cm removable extension. If the extension is not required, it can be easily removed, thus turning the article to an ordinary ball valve.

A wide-spread error of sanitary technicians who perform installation of utility systems for apartments is incorrect installation of mechanical cleaning filters, which entails accumulation of slug not in the filtration chamber but in the pipe circuit. To rectify such drawback on a horizontal section, it is enough to turn the filter into the correct position. On the vertical pipe circuit, when the water is supplied from bottom to top, it is necessary to organize a horizontal section, while the place and the possibility for this are not always available. In such case one may substitute the Y-filter with universal one VT.386.N or apply flow inverter for Y-filter VT.116.N.

Realized of nickeled brass, CW617N inverter is inserted into the filtration chamber of an ordinary Y-filter and turns the flow in such a way to let the slugs remain between the inverter and the filter mesh.

Besides that, let us draw your attention to expansion of the dimension range of crimp fittings with a coupling nut VTm.222.N: 26 mm x 1” model has been added.
