New products in the range of shut-off valves

Dear colleagues! We present to your attention a new product in the VALTEC range: nickel-plated ball valves of the STANDARD series (GOST).

The valves are designed to shut off the flow of the operating environment in pipeline systems of cold water supply (including domestic and drinking water), hot water supply, water heating, steam heating (including on condensate lines), as well as on process pipelines transporting liquids non-aggressive towards the valve materials.

The fittings are designed for use in the systems with operating temperatures from +1 to +150 °C (from +1 to +110 °C for VT.127.N and VT.128.N valves). Nominal pressure: 40–16 bar (depending on the size).

VALTEC «STANDARD GOST» ball valves are repairable.

The main construction material of the valves is brass grade ЛЦ40Сд (LC40Sd). The body has nickel coating while the ball gate is chrome-plated on a copper substrate. The seat rings and the sealing gland are made of PTFE+C+EM fluoroplastic with thermal additives while the sealing ring is made of EPDM elastomer.

The external thread of VT.121.N and VT.123.N valves is not intended for connections using a coupling nut with a flat gasket.

VALTEC «STANDARD GOST» ball valves are manufactured in Russia in full compliance with GOST R 59553-2021.

These valves are covered by a 10 year guarantee.
