Novelties in the group of axial fittings

Dear partners, We present VALTEC novelties to your attention: axial fittings VTm.481.C, VTm.481.PC, VTm.481.DC, VTm.482 for connection of radiators, as well as VT.481.KS steel bracket for fittings fastening.

Elbows with brass chrome-plated tube VTm.481.C, VTm.481.PC and VTm.482.C tee are designed for connection of heating device fittings to the pipe connection layout. Tube length is 30 cm. If the radiator fittings are located underneath, the excessive tube is cut off with a wheel cutter. The pipe is connected to “Eurocone” fittings by means of VT.4430 crimp connection.

VTm.481.DC double connector can be used when hydraulic test of the heating distributing pipeline is carried out before installation of radiators. In this case, the connector is used as a temporary closing section. After the hydraulic tests, tube return bend is cut to the required length.

These fittings are designed for PE-Xa pipes and should be mounted using VTm.400.BC chrome-plated thimbles.

Axial fittings can be embedded into building structures. Before that, hydraulic test of the assembled system should be performed.

Subject to operating conditions, service life of the new products is 50 years.
