Welding kit ER-04/03

(VTp.799.E) Welding kit ER-04 is used for manual extrusion (poly-fusion) welding of pressurized polypropylene pipe circuits, where the pipes have an external diameter of 20 to 40 mm. This kit includes the welding machine with a single heater of 1200 W. The built-in thermostat is used to turn the welding machine ON and OFF and to control its temperature.

The kit’s composition:
• Welding machine;
• Aluminium cross-shaped stand;
• Set of 20–40 mm attachments;
• Plastic pipe cutting scissors;
• Welding attachment fixing tool;
• 2 m ruler (roll);
• Level and plugs used for combi box installation.

The tools are packed in red metallic casing. The welding kit carries a two (2) year warranty.

Welding machine VTp.799.E.050075 with the capacity of 2000 kW is designed for welding of polypropylene pipes with the diameter up to 125 (welding kit ER-03)
