Fixed setting regulator (pumping-mixing) unit for heated floor system VALTEC COMBI.S

(VT.COMBI.S) In VALTEC COMBI.S.180.M pump mixing unit for heat-insulated floor, preparation of the heat carrier with the temperature lower than that of the direct line of the primary circuit takes place due to addition of liquid from the return line of the secondary circuit. Regulation is carried out by a two-way valve installed on the supply line of the primary circuit and equipped with VT.TE3041.0.024 electrothermal actuator (normally closed).

This complete set is designed for work in conjunction with VT.K300 universal controller for mixer units.

The drive is controlled by a PWM (pulse-width modulation) signal from VT.K300 controller. The PWM signal allows for smooth proportional PID regulation; at that, the cost of a two-position drive is much less than that with analog control.

Other main elements of the unit:
• balancing valve of the secondary circuit (sets the ratio of the amount of heat carrier coming from the return line of the secondary circuit and the supply line of the primary circuit);
• balancing valve of the primary circuit (makes possible hydraulic connection of the unit with other heating system elements);
• bypass with an adjustable bypass valve;
• built-in ball valves for shutting off of the circulation pump;
• automatic air vents;
• double nipples for connection to the manifold group;
• two immersion thermometers (the temperature of the coolant coming to the heat-insulated floor is shown at the controller display);
• drainage fittings.
